$140k govt gig to ‘design and deliver customer experience and human-centred design, learning pathways’

The Department of Chief Minister and Cabinet is looking for someone to bring empathy to the public service by leading the design and delivery of “customer experience and human-centred design learning pathways, programs and tools” in the NT public service, described as being part of the the Chief Minister’s “Customer Reform Agenda” from 2020.

The NT Police misinformed the public when it described a man who had his eye gouged out by a stick at a service station earlier this month as a passerby, while the union representing store workers has called the Fyles Government out for putting workers’ safety at risk by turning mandatory safety audits of late night businesses into a voluntary scheme.
