The Department of Chief Minister and Cabinet is looking for someone to bring empathy to the public service by leading the design and delivery of “customer experience and human-centred design learning pathways, programs and tools” in the NT public service, described as being part of the the Chief Minister’s “Customer Reform Agenda” from 2020.
The one-year contract position is a customer experience trainer, which pays between $126,030 to $140,795, with the successful applicant to report to the department’s senior director of communications and stakeholder engagement Craig Rowston, who was the communications director for former chief minister Michael Gunner and also Nicole Manison’s chief of staff.
