The Morandini Group has submitted plans to construct a $20 million golf complex off Lee Point Road in Darwin’s northern suburbs that it said will boost tourism and provide economic stimulus to the region.

If approved, the multi-million development will include an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, a clubhouse, a pro golf shop, and a carpark for 170 vehicles.
