An 83-year-old Katherine man who gave three female youths a ride home was later allegedly assaulted by the girls who stole his vehicle, NT Police said, and remain at large.

Two people suffered critical injuries, and one person serious injuries, in a hit-and-run near the coastal reserve in Brinkin overnight, NT Police said.
