Here they are, are first edition of your word rants. What makes you angry in 100 (or so) words.
We are living in strange times, it’s almost as though Crime and the NT economy no longer exist as public issues covered by the media……Climate Change appears to have been suddenly cured. The media are totally obsessed with Covid-19 coverage…..politicians are “Grandstanding” and getting away with it!!

So bought a new car recently, drove from Darwin straight down the centre to Melbourne and back. Plenty of nothing to do other than spedo check GPS vrs cars spedo….. Car @ 108 = GPS @ 100 So tested a few other cars when I got home and they all were between 8-10 km out. Therefore, when you go for a 10k service you’ve only done 9200-9000km take that to the depreciation of the vehicle at 100,000km it’s only actually 92,000-90000 old…… So you’re getting services earlier than needed (not a bad thing) and the worst part is your vehicle isn’t worth as much as it should be the further you travel in it. My biggest annoyance is being held up in traffic with EVERYONE sitting 8-10% UNDER the limit wasting my life in traffic, I got much better things to do with the short amount of time we get on this planet.

My turn for a rant today. Racing, footy or golf – you say you are missing out on your sports. Well give me a target any day. Our pistol range is 21 metres wide and 50 yards long to target (sorry – yards is the rules!) With 6 firing points makes it 3 metres apart in my eyes! Social distance but it’s not enuff cause we gotta get tough – huh AND – we have 9 ranges, they are that far apart you cant even talk to each other. So if you want to be safe there is one each even. Soooo watch out election time, we all need backing boards for our targets…And yours will be mine.
