  1. Is it not a ‘conflict of interest’ when Andrew Kirkman is on the Darwin Port Committee & Darwin Waterfront Corporation Board (DWC) a secret unelected board, whilst Kirkman is also the NTG DIPL CEO & DCM Acting CEO? Seems a few powerful families control the NTG Public Service & can stack committees with mates & stop democratic transparent governance.

  2. Labor picking on a small Union that took industrial action against the Government pay offer.
Labor don’t get mad, they get even.
Labor will destroy workers rights to stay in power.
Why would any Union support Lawler’s mob? What have they done for the Union movement?

  3. Wonder why this was done now and not 10 years ago when people where complaining about systematic sickies resulting in off roster staff being called in at double time.
Will it be actioned, AFTER , the election?

  4. Normal awards require any hours against a TOIL tab should be taken within a reasonable time or paid out. Anything else is akin to work without payment.

  5. Regardless of any direct response from various NTG departments and offices, their collective actions make clear the intent of the audit. It was an abuse of position and power and now they’re trying to hide it under the carpet. Anyone would think an election was coming up soon.
