Lets be real. The ministers relied on public servants to do their job. The projects were awarded by the department staff and the people involved have 100 million to answer for. The NT cant continue with such outcomes that are at least gross incompetence. The size of the cost blowout demands serious questions especially given its not the only job and what will be the cost blowout for Mental Health?. An independent inquiry might be helpful.
Well what a surprise, $100 million as petty cash. The profit is in the add ons and extras but this amount is a bit above reasonable.
What will the “extras” be on the Alice art gallery when building does get going, if it does.
