  1. Hello ladies and gentlemen,
You, yes you and of course me, deserve a public flogging- Why you may ask?
Well lm a realist, l don’t like BS or incompetence, the history of Territory governance is rife with both sadly! We don’t move forward, we exist in reality, from wage to wage, blindly believing dumb and dumber is the mantra for greatness!
I can’t be alone in expressing the reality that it appears every moment in governance, across all ministerial portfolios, is insidiously infected with lies, corruption, poor ethics and most disturbingly, in breach of procurement guidelines and codes of conduct!!
Truly, it’s a disgrace, l know l have reference to Queen Lia and North Korea but in reflection l fear l disrespect North Korea!
We as Territorians must and can be better!
This post and the revelation our assistant police commissioner sat in on a panel deciding the future remuneration of past shag partners is evidence in itself our system is nothing more than a shitfight,!
I do hope in the future, that employment applications complete with a “ who you’ve shagged” does not gauge better than qualifications!!
Well the pools warm, no rain and l have a cold yummy beer!
Keep great in the land of poopo!

    • I tend to agree with the sentiment. Too often in the Territory, people are expected to just accept poor judgment, weak governance, and standards that would not pass muster elsewhere. That frustration is understandable, especially when decisions affecting public trust appear clouded by conflicts, personal connections, and a lack of proper accountability.

Territorians deserve better than a system that too often looks inward, protects its own, and asks the public to lower its expectations. Integrity, merit, transparency, and adherence to proper process should not be optional extras in public administration.

There is no reason the NT cannot do better, but that will only happen if people stop accepting the same culture and the same excuses. Many of us are looking forward to other parties and voices making their mark in the Territory. Possibly you know of a suitable party demonstrating an alternative option in other parts of the country we can look forward to welcoming?

  2. Over some forty five years of observing (latter years) the disintegration of NT communal interests; there is no doubt that over current decade our Northern Territory totally devoid of belief, accountabilities? Truth, less than a declivity . . . more so a decomposition?

Former assistant police commissioner Sharma has sort clarification? Territorian interests also, have infiltrated. How, why and when? After all . . . many territorians have a primary need to understand how governance truly works? You know. TRANSPARENCY – ACCOUNTABILITIES.

  3. How much Borrowed & tax payers money does the NTG wheelbarrow out in a year for secret payouts to keep the public unaware of the senior leadership incompetence that reigns supreme.
