I note with interest Justice McDonald also states at paragraph 46 in his Federal Court of Australia decision that the NT Police Force Commissioner is even pleading to the Federal Court as to whether or not the Fair Work Act (Cth) has application to Officers of the Northern Territory Police Force.

    Will the NT Police Force Commissioner now make available his pleadings as to why he and his legal team are pleading that the Fair Work Act (Cth) may not have application to Officers of the Northern Territory Police Force.
