Another bandaid solution rolled out over the gestation period of an elephant in the guise of an urgent measure. The wands should be standard police issue without restrictions and makes sense as a contact limiting method for checking for weapons.
Just making bigger targets of bus drivers/transit security officers and police officers…. common-sense would be to punish the offenders…. who voted these fools in? I hope you’re smart enough not to next election – should already be hanging your heads in shame….
