Note to one self: When you have seriously effed up at work, immediately apply like crazy for work before it hits the media!
NT WorkSafe stands back and leaves people at the mercy of insurance companies. I finally got back surgery when they were no longer in control. Wasted 8 months being stuffed around and never got any rehab or return to work opportunities.
Well, it was inevitable, she was hopeless at a previous workplace….
Prosecutions do not take place if not commenced within statutory time limits.
