NT WorkSafe is inquiring if it is within its jurisdiction to investigate a crash at the Territory Quad Association’s Northern Territory ATV state titles at Hidden Valley on Sunday.

In a statement NT WorkSafe executive director Peggy Cheong said the authority was made aware of the incident by a spectator who witnessed the event.
