Just as territorians understand their confidence in CLP / ALP governance to-date. But let us keep in mind . . . “Justice Blow added the unresolved issues led to . . . . . “?
To be a police commissioner you need to be a Freemason. Freemasons protect their own racquets of child rape, retribution and awarding of jobs and dodgy contracts. NT needs to break the two-party unipartie system that perpetuate malfeasance for a group of white, stale, male, weak, greedy men who covet power.
The NTG media release on the appointment certainly makes interesting reading, both in what it says and what it doesn’t.

It mentions a few questionable achievements, including
Commissioner Dole Developed and implemented the OC Spray trial (a system which enabled a number of people to make unlawful declarations resulting in additional work for his own officers to followup)
Commissioner Dole Has achieved measurable reductions in property crime across the Territory. (At least partially enabled by the reclassification/declassification of certain offences earlier this year )
Commissioner Dole Delivered the recent police Enterprise Bargaining Agreement. (Which just blew the NTG WAGE policy by a further $30m )
And it neglects to mention other questionable achievements
-wasn’t Dole a member of the same selection panels which Murphy chaired, which collectively failed to recognise/declare/manage conflicts of interest?
– wasn’t Dole part of the 2019 crisis meeting in the exec suite which resulted in the hastily laid charges against Zac Rolfe?
-didn’t Dole oversee the preparation of the criminal prosecution brief against Rolfe, which from memory included a number of questionable approaches involving witnesses evidence and testimony ?
As for the direct selection, presumably as an executive appointment it is legal but the optics around the lack of process are frankly terrible. Even if it was Dole that the NTG wanted, itself somewhat mind boggling, an inter/national recruitment campaign should have been undertaken. Dole’s appointment will be forever tarnished due to this.
New NT Police Commissioner and NT Police Minister, is it not time to ensure that all Northern Territory Police Officers are covered by the Fair Work Act (Cth)?
Why is the Northern Territory Police Association and all our Northern Territory politicians in the Northern Territory Parliament not calling for and legislating for the abolishment of the Northern Territory Police Arbitral Tribunal so that Northern Territory Police Officers’ employment matters can also be dealt with by the Fair Work Commission as is the case with Australian Federal Police Officers?
Why so much excessive secrecy and a lack of transparency in relation to the Northern Territory Police Officers Disciplinary Appeals
Board and the Northern Territory Police Arbitral Tribunal?
So what your telling we territorian(s) . . . is that you have delivered by hand some eight months ago ie April 2025 . . . a Folder containing detailed documentation ie evidence, potential charges, including alleged activities? Names, and potentially scandalous content? Cover-ups? For Police to review and respond?
In return . . . Police both registered and provided an official “Job Number” / System Registration Procedure?
Yet to date, despite multiple attempts to get an update. Police have yet to inform, contact over an eight months delay?
Well…around 6 months anyway. About the same period we waited for the Blow jobs report to land & help inform whose brass needed polishing.
Does the special references unit, which Commissioner Dole’s bio on the PFES website indicates he used to work in, still exist?
100% multiple times whistleblower Ferg Ferguson did it.
A lot of the information needed for a conviction is already in the public domain.
You only need the Political Will to do it.
He pointed the Police prosecutor to where the rest of it is likely to be.
He reported it to ICAC too, who told him nothing to see here. Then ICAC was shut down a short time later.
What were being given is Political Won’t.
Ferg wasn’t joking about how his new Party would be operating: in the same way he used to while working for NT and SA Governments.
And he won’t be silenced either.
