The body of a man who did not return from a hunting trip at Milingimbi on Sunday has been found, NT Police said.

Police director of communications Mark Wilton said in a statement the 50-year-old man’s body was found last night by the Search and Rescue team in the mangroves surrounding Milingimbi.

“At this stage, the circumstances of the death are believed to be non-suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner,” Mr Wilton said.
