This year’s Northern Territory Resources Week will also tackle issues in an Environmental Management & Decarbonisation Forum that brings together environmental practitioners and members of the resources industry to showcase ways for the mining and onshore gas sectors to better manage their environmental impact, while also supporting stakeholder engagement and regional development.

Discussions in this forum include government initiatives; approvals and investments; project and development environmental updates from major mining and onshore gas companies; accelerating the energy transition in resources & positioning the NT for net-zero emissions; and renewable energy projects – hydrogen, carbon capture utilisation and storage; and much more.
