  1. Cabinet documents shrouded in secrecy as SOPs. The shredders will be working overtime after the next election!

  2. “ICAC Michael Riches told Budget Estimates hearings on Monday that he does not know the reasons he has been unable to fill roles in his office”

Beacause your a raving joke mate!!
ICAC has been taken to court by former employees!
ICAC has a history of nepotism, anyone see the irony of that?
ICAC has a history of staff blabbing about confidential matters! Anyone in the slammer for that?
ICAC has named 3 public servants for dodgy resumes. No mention of the big end of town , there donations and the winning of government tenders.
ICAC hands the majority of its investigations to the DEPARTMENT that is being complained about, to investigate!

  3. “He also said that on “more than one occasion” cabinet-in-confidence documents have arrived at his office anonymously, but that he cannot read those unless the Chief Minister grants him permission.”

Independent Commission into what? You need permission to read evidence?
Deliberately neutered Crime Investigating (allegedly) social club!

  4. “ICAC not performing at full capacity”
The article title should read “ICAC not performing AT ALL”

  5. Has anyone dealt with ICAC and found them to be
    (a) very helpful in encouraging you to not waste their time?
    (b) full of shit!
    (c) uninterested in lifting a finger!
    (d) a dysfunctional government department that has accomplished zero with their multimillion doller budget?
