  1. Pub test: fail!

  2. On Thursday 7/4/2016 @ 6:00pm Parkside Waterfront Apartments a contracted PI visited to warn me he had been contracted by Darwin DPP to investigate me for the previous 3 months. Bob warned the DPP was targeting for alleging Darwin Waterfront Corporation (DWC) bullying & money laundering as I was on the body corp. committee.

Darwin has no separation of powers which is why this nepotism, cronyism and deception continues. NTG has a fake judicial system designed by greedy judges & lawyers.

  3. Mmmm what sort of security or vetting process can you obtain that quickly to perform in a position like that? I assume it would be required, considering the sensitive information being transferred from one data base to another? But Boundless Possible.

  4. Whats the take away here? You need friends and family to get you jobs in the NT Public Service?
So whats the Commissioner of Public Employment gunner do to fix this?
So whats the Minister of Public Employment gunner do to fix this?

This problem is in every department and no one will tackle the problem! ICAC mentioned it as a major risk and the Public Service just laughed!

  5. The corruption and nepotism is seen far beyond the borders of the NT and makes the Territory a sad, pathetic case for the rest of Australia, paying for the ‘privilege’ of supporting such behaviours. How long can it last?

  6. Former NT Commissioner for Public Employment Mr. Graham Symons on 14 December 2011 in a former Employment Instruction Number 12 – Code of Conduct – in Number 7.1 – states pursuant to section 16 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act (NT) [PSEMA] states –

“7.1. In order to maintain public confidence in the integrity of the Northern Territory Public Sector, a Public Sector Officer must exhibit and be seen to exhibit the highest ethical standards in carrying out his or her duties, and must pursue, and be seen to pursue, the best interests of the people of the Northern Territory”.

Section 5F (1) of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act (NT) states “a public sector office must do the following: (a) carry out the officer’s duties as follows (i) objectively, impartially, professionally and with integrity.”

Section 5F (d) of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act (NT) states “avoid actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal or other interests and duties as a public sector officer.”

  7. If democracy is defined as “Government of the people, by the people and for the people” then it appears we in the NT have the diametric opposite… narcissists who discard all expert advice, rely entirely on their own homespun wisdom, and line their cronies and family’s pockets preparatory to their own luxurious retirement funded by industrial patronage.

  8. A well known fact interviews and panels for jobs available is a complete farce. On many occasions it is well known who will get the job before any applications or interviews are done. Mates looking after mates has been well known for years. Years ago a public servant could be approached with a problem, minor or major and a respectable answer given in due course. Now, one is considered to be a nuisance or trouble maker if trying to get an answer to an issue. Very sad situation.
