This is not a anti development stance, this is stance against a Mayor and 12 very quiet Councilors, who want to ram in a questionable project leaving Rate Payers in debt, before the aforementioned are looking for new jobs on the 23 August 2025 Elections which is just 180 days from now.
With $1.6M paid on interest each day to service the NT debt, not only the Australian taxpayer ,who’s toil funds the NT, but good governance might suggest this build is probably quite low in progressive, good fiscal management. Are we going to at some point going to hear the fallopian tube artist had involvement in the proposed design! Maybe council could circulate some cash within its own background renting the multitude of empty shop space that exists in Darwin city!
BTW City of Darwin Councillor SAM WESTON is being investigated by NT ICAC for creating a CoD CODE OF CONDUCT claim made against Amye Un which is targeted, egrigous, false & not supported with evidence? This is an abuse of power.
CoD LM Vatskalis is supporting WESTONS case, so the question is;
Q: is Sam Weston funding the legal investigation or is the Darwin & Waterfront rate payer funding a targeted attack by the CoD mobsters who are MOBBING Amye Un for asking questions about the $150 million Civic Centre Kon job?

At 21 stories, the design is a mockery of Darwin’s historical precinct, just as Katskalis made a mockery of Darwinians’ Cyclone Tracey reunion. The Territory is being pauperised and betrayed by self-serving parasites. We need a new form of government: Of Territorians, by Territorians and for Territorians. Representation has failed us for 47 years.

Car Park Reserves can only be used to produce Public Carparks

Independent data suggests this should be approx $50,000 per Carpark
