An unspecified number of teenage boys used a trolley to ram through the front glass door of a Katherine service station, NT Police said.
Police director of communications Mark Wilton said in a statement police alleged that about 1:30am on Sunday an unspecified number of boys, aged between 14 and 17 years-old, used a trolley to ram through the front glass door of the service station on Katherine Terrace.
The alleged offenders stole food and drinks before leaving.
Police are asking anyone with information to call them on 131 444, and quote reference 2400019857. Or to call Crime Stoppers anonymously on 1800 333 00 or through the website.
That’s a lot of effort when they could have gone to Woolies and filled the trolley and walked out in broad daylight without being stopped.
