  1. Soooooo many pending legal cases from this decision if it all goes belly up at some point.

    But everyone must be careful of unfounded allegations in anonymous letters being used to label someone.

    However, we’re all anxious here just reading about it, if you worked there near this and needed time off work because you too felt anxiety and fear then that’s a successful Work Cover case right there. A slam dunk we think.

    Duty of care breaches from NT Government do not surprise us one bit. The workplace culture in the Health Dept has been shockingly bad for many years, employees created a blog to detail its worst abuses, in 2015.

    This behaviour is ingrained all throughout the ALP and CLP governance machine.

    And who can forget the horrendous bullying to suicide of the Dept of NT Families lady, all documented by the coroner, but yet again it seems little has changed in NT Government circles regarding legal duty of care for employees:
