Five males allegedly smashed the passenger window of a vehicle parked at McDonald’s in Katherine, and threatened those inside with an “edged” weapon, NT Police said.

Police director of communications Mark Wilton said in a statement that about 10:45pm Thursday, police received reports that five unknown males allegedly smashed the passenger window of the vehicle parked at McDonald’s on First Street, and threatened the occupants with an edged weapon.
