Bullying, intimidation & sabotage must run in the Kirkman family as I was driven from my role between 13/8/2018 – 1/10/2018 by Kirkman twin sister DCM CEO Jodie Ryan, with her henchman contracted HR Consultant Nathalie Cooke, Gunners CoS Alf Leonardi & Acting CoS Craig Rowston who also refused to pay the normal AO4 rate, keeping me on a trainee rate AO3 to humiliate me. They also restricted the union support person from attending the closed meeting even though I had an annual CPSU subscription costing $667.00. Well, at leas I learnt the ALP is a cult & fails transparency & integrity. NTPS Executives ignore workers rights.

It’s how the NTPS, NTPOL, etc role. PTS and other trauma is also caused by bullying and inept management. But as long as the R U OK bandwagon is rolled out now and then, all good.
They cannot hide forever. Executive positions are meant to be contract roles to prevent this sort of entrenched behaviour and make them accountable for the performance of their departments. Clearly a lack of performance reviews happening
This is not the only court case where a certain CEO is the star of the show.
This is the “fear” that most NT Government workers experience!
This poor woman is not the first and she wont be the last person to be bullied by a CEO or Senior Manager in that
club known as the NT Government.
Certainly not an isolated case.
My CEO tried very hard to get rid of me but he underestimated how much i enjoyed sitting behind my desk and watching TV for 2 years. He was moved on before I was and good riddance to the bully. I was a SAO1.

ECO’s are protected at all costs.
The only way to prove is to record the conversations without them knowing. Legally OK but frowned upon by the FWO.
HR is useless as they work to protect the CE’s no matter the truth.
Kirkland will get a very golden handshake the same as Gwynne and Chalker while thier victims are left jobless and with PTSD.
