PENALTY means ‘jack-shit’ to juveniles that are prepared to weaponize, assault, enter private dwellings that are occupied. NT is but one episode away from mortal miscalculation. An inevitable event beyond current available responses. Whether it be a vehicle chase / a firearm discharge or an outright drunken armed collision. ‘OUR’ NT population demands not words . . . but LEADERSHIP.
