Saunders International has been removed as the lead builder for 11 jet fuel storage tanks at the $270 million US military fuel storage facility at East Arm, reportedly due to construction delays, which could affect up to 150 workers.

Crowley Solutions said US company Latitude 63 has officially taken over the project as of April 15, and is now in charge of management and delivery roles connected to the construction of the fuel storage facility.
