A man has been arrested after a 19-year-old died after being stabbed Katherine, and another man with a stab wound was flown to Darwin for treatment overnight, NT Police said.

Police director of communications Mark Wilton said in a statement that about 6.45pm Sunday, police received a report a 19-year-old man had been stabbed at a home in Holtze Crescent, Katherine.
