NT WorkSafe has dropped industrial manslaughter charges and lesser charges against Theofilos Kalidonis, director of Kalidonis NT Pty Ltd, three years after a workplace fatality in Maningrida.

Kalidonis NT, one of the largest construction companies in the Territory, and its director were charged after a 50-year-old worker was killed in a worksite accident.
