Northern Territory Uber riders are Australia’s most courteous passengers, according to the company’s annual “naughty or nice” list for 2025, which assesses and ranks rider ratings in every state.

While Uber’s national average rider rating remained steady at 4.82 out of 5 stars, NT riders achieved an impressive average rating of 4.86, reclaiming its position as the leader in back-seat etiquette from New South Wales, which follows closely with a score of 4.84.
