The NT Government awarded 29 tenders to a total value of $14.5 million in the last week, including $1.1 million to DEC Installations for slope stabilisation and retaining wall works at Government House and $114,000 to the Trustee for Bluedust Unit Trust to design and construct a shade structure at Yulara School.
Another notable tender was $700,000 to Kigilia Pty Ltd to upgrade parts of Mermaid Circuit and Lepanto Street in the Darwin region from unsealed to sealed.
In total, 23 contracts worth $12.9 million were awarded to NT based businesses, and six contracts totalling $1.6 million went to non-local enterprises.
