It doesn’t actually say which NT Government tried to get the ADC to drop the case. It only says it was first lodged in May 2024.
SFNT lawyers will be behind trying to get the case dropped no matter who was/is in Government.
More importantly, your Curious Little Partisan support of one team over another is a perfect example of exactly what’s wrong with this whole shit show.

We say follow the NT Government example which they do to others: Name and Shame ’em.
“DROP THE CASE”. Underlines both CLP / ALP Govt(s) whenever and where-ever either or both anticipate a potential embarrassment.
