Child rapists are never revealed or photographed by police or media, they are not publically shamed? There is no NT child sex offence register, so is it any surprise paedophiles flourish, even 2016-21 NTG ALP CM Michael Gunner sacked Level 5 PH staff to bring in his child rapist NT ALP President Kent Rowe. Why are godless scumbags protected?
They are ‘innocent until found guilty’ and they say it’s to protect the victim. If found guilty then they should be named if permission is granted by the victim. There has only recently been legislation passed that allows victim of this type of crime to tell their story which is how we all know about Kent Rowe. Although he was named fairly early on mainly because of the positions he had held in the Labor Party.
THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF NT’S GOVERNMENT LOUSY CORRUPT GOVT.
I’m not defending the NT Govt as there is plenty wrong with them but I don’t see how they can be blamed for this horrendous heinous crime. I hope the police do a thorough investigation as I would be surprised if this was his first offense of this nature.
