Meredith Day Huntingford has been appointed as a Supreme Court of the Northern Territory judge, the Attorney General and Justice Minister Chansey Paech has announced.

Mr Paech said in a statement that Justice Huntingford had been an acting associate justice of the Supreme Court from December 2021 to March 2023, and an acting judge of the Supreme Court since May 2023.
