Rate payers and citizens in Darwin now have an opportunity to vote the current Darwin Lord Mayor Kon Vatskalis out of office on 23 August 2025. Rate payers and citizens in Darwin should not waste this opportunity to vote the current Darwin Lord Mayor out of office on 23 August 2025. As a Cyclone Tracy survivor 50 years on, I am not happy and I will be voting Kon Vatskalis LAST at the upcoming Darwin City Council Darwin Mayoral election.
Why does the City of Darwin Council pay LGANT an annual subscription ($1,500.00 annually?) yet they have employed the following legal firms to take out a Code of Conduct against CR Amye Un:
1. NTG OCHRE BLUE Lawyer Jocelyn Cull – NTG & CoD conflict of interest?
2. Hunt & Hunt Lawyer Shaine Traborda? On behalf of Cr Sam Weston?
3. How can an unelected CoD CEO Simone Saunders make an NT Police complaint against an elected councillor with no evidence yet take out a two year trespass restriction?
Cr Amye Un has been bullied by CoD LM & Council & CEO over the past two years.
A rigorous investigation is needed to disclose how much money rate-payers are being slugged for multiple code of conduct complaints which LGANT should be helping to mediate? Why did Cr Un attend NTCAT & Cr Sam Weston failed to appear. NTCAT is an orchestrated set-up to target & defame the innocent in many cases.

If it was me he threatened, l would be sending letters every 20 minutes to the Mayors lawyers because lawyers charge in 15 min blocks!
When l was in the family court representing myself, l sent the same email to each member of my ex wife’s numerous legal team!
They thought l didn’t know how to play “ fuck around” but l did and my ex learnt to have respect, pushed along via her strain on the family purse!!
That whole sculpture saga is a sickness amongst much sickness in representation of Territorians

Yes l won full custody of my two kids!
My fast track apprenticeship in family law achievement was acknowledged when l had the :
(1) children’s lawyer remove herself for fear of subpoena
(2) the mothers lawyer removed because l argued that the presentation of a affidavit was not in the best interests of the mother as such this situation was not in the best interests of the children as far as the case was concerned.
Pretty cool being a lowly sparky taking on heavy hitters and standing in court alone and triumphant
Actually there is no winner, the kids suffer no matter how hard to try to protect them!
