Deputy Chief Minister Nicole Manison is on an un-costed trade mission to Japan and South Korea, which she says will attract “new major investment” into the NT’s critical minerals and energy sectors, and plans use the trip to highlight “breath-taking” new tourism experiences in Central Australia to the “Japanese tourism industry”.
The government did not disclose how many people would attend the trade mission with Ms Manison or the costs, which they had previously pledged to always include in ministerial travel announcements.
