The owners of Darwin CBD burger joint Good Thanks will face court after the Fair Work Ombudsman alleged they did not pay an apprentice cook his wages over three years during his registered training as part of an apprenticeship.
Fair Work Ombudsman Sandra Parker said in a statement the company, Territory Tough, faced a fine of up to $33,300 for allegedly failing to comply with a compliance notice over the alleged underpayment.
