Chief Minister Natasha Fyles misled Territorians about her government’s actions to keep the public safe in a series of Facebook posts, while the community was on edge following a spate of deadly stabbings, the Auditor General has found.
A report tabled in Parliament last night revealed Auditor General Julie Crisp undertook an investigation following a complaint by an unnamed member of Parliament that Ms Fyles breached the Public Information Act by disseminating misinformation through her taxpayer-funded Facebook page.

I can’t understand why there is a definition of a weapon at all,By defining some things means there is a lot of other things that are not weapons so there is an automatic defence that can be argued ie that rock isn’t on the list so you have to charge with a lesser crime.negates the complete legislation.
