Agreed…so easy for complaints to be made with police regarding their performance or behaviour or to hold them to account …yet how can you raise a complaint concerning the performance / behaviour or the outcome of courts and the magistrates and hold them to account…For way too long the lawyers and magistrates have had an air of “untouchablity”…maybe it’s time to make the representatives of their “clients” when applying for bail on their behalf forfeit money or have penalties occur in the event that their “client” screw s up whilst on bail will make them more hesitant to raise their assurances to the court that their “client” will comply with conditions.
The police are doing the best they can but sadly the judges are continually failing the community

Would never happen, imagine judges performance being held accountable
