A Darwin man who allegedly masturbated in public in front of multiple victims in the CBD on multiple occasions since August has been arrested and charged following a raid of his residence, NT Police said.

The 25-year-old man is alleged to have exposed himself and “acted indecently” towards several women who were exercising in the vicinity of the staircase connecting the Darwin Esplanade to Jervois Road on different occasions in August, October and November, police said in a statement.
