Hi all, If this case is proved to be true then the public perception, rightfully, may be there has been a cover up by health executives and Possibly sanctioned by the health minister. I would suggest a good deal of termination letters citing breaches of the code of conduct by public officers. NT health has a disproportionate number of executive officers ratio to the NT population compared to States of Australia, states that do not rely on federal funding to exist! Wasn’t that long ago Territorians were shocked to hear a doctor committed suicide and mention was made of child sexual offences! Just another example of how the NT people should be witness to the greatest flush of turd, impropriety, corruption, incompetence, bullying and piss poor fiscal management condoned by the ALPCLP! Hope we don’t hear that this fellow is tied in with Kirkman, Shields, LiaR and the waterfront Benny boy but it is the NT- crime is solved with pepper spray, a dance and a bake off!
Thanks NT Independent, the local legacy cabal of media ‘mates’ from Darwin ABC, Mix104.9, NTG News, Territory Q would have buried the rape story & created a diversionary article about how amazing this health worker is as they protect the NTG establishment, ie the hand that feeds them similar DWC!
ET INDEPENDENT MEDIA platform has recently been created by Lebanese Journalists Anoinette Lattouf & Jan Fran to guide the Australian public in understanding media literacy. In 2025 journalists are akin to car salesmen after years of government collusion and brainwashing society (remember COVID) the only way to support democracy is to educate with independent media on podcasts, YouTube, RSS Email feeds etc.
ABC is funded by the tax-payer to the tune of $1.2 BILLION annually, approximately $3.278 MILLION per day. Who is in charge of Darwin ABC? Is any investigative journalism stories being published by their ‘diverse’ staff? Only NT Independent is demonstrating effective journalist material.
Interesting…NTG can lock up little kids who choose to do dumb things, but they can’t be ‘open, honest, and transparent’ about adults committing a crime. Double standards… hypocrisy!!!
I say again I would not step one foot in the NT not would I give one dollar for its tourism. This seems to be even more corrupt than Victoria and that is saying plenty.
Carol there are some of us who live here that are honest and hardworking. I also volunteer at ASH and know there are many amazing staff there – obviously this person mentioned in articles is not one of them. Unfortunately in the NT it’s easy to sweep things under the carpet we have so many big issues and really our pool to be governed by is not big enough to be quality- nice enough people with good intentions but big issues need big brains and intellect. I agree far to many jobs for friends and lazy people who get paid big money but also some amazing people just not enough. Something needs to change as what we are doing isn’t working politically.
