The Federal Court has rejected the Environment Centre NT’s application for an injunction to stop Top End Pastoral Company’s plans to clear land on Claravale Station while a main judicial review case continues.
The court ruled that development at the station, on the Daly River north of Katherine, will proceed despite conservationists’ concerns about its impact on local wildlife.
