Darwin-based C&R Constructions has been charged by NT WorkSafe after one of its workers with a learner’s licence was involved in a severe motor vehicle incident with a company car that injured two pedestrians on Bees Creek Road last year.

Following allegations that an unlicensed apprentice was permitted to operate a company vehicle, NT WorkSafe investigated the construction company involved.
