Mr Brown and Labor Leader Selena Uibo remained silent on the growing scandal Thursday, failing to answer fresh questions about who was driving his government vehicle or explaining why the pair did not make his licence suspension public when it occurred last October, choosing instead to cover it up until it was revealed by the NT Independent this week.
