  1. How does the limited experienced Hands On Disaster from Palmerston get rewarded with such a rapid rise?
    There where calls for his resignation by industry bodies.
    What did he do exactly to earn this?

  2. Nobody has done more than Ken Davies I believe in undermining the department of Families and Children. Ken was CEO for a long time. It has been recounted to me he was an amateur pugilist.

  3. Its positive to see the roles filled by locals. On that time will tell.

  4. If developers are disgruntled, somebody is doing their job.

    • developers with hundreds of subbies waiting 5 to 6 months for rate payer funded staff to make a decision because of a toxic, high turnover workplace?
      Palmerston Town Council had to hire backpackers via recruitment firms as no local would consider working there.

    • That certainly jelled with me too, Tony. Some of the developers’ names wouldn’t go astray. Salivating over the chance to feed at the public pursed trough, eh? And then – the let down. Hearts bleed for them, don’t they? I wonder if Cercarelli is being considered as a surrogate Coordinator- should the current interim one cut too much red tape.
