  1. At PFES, your either in the club, or your heading south for greener pastures!

    • Insightful comment Jim.

Corruption flourishes in the shadows. It can only be kept in check in the public sector if our governments, police and integrity agencies work together to detect, prevent and if supported by concrete evidence. prosecute it. The Blow report is an evidence based critique presumably, by now, in the hands of our new integrity and ethics commission which -unimpeded by conflicts of interest- will thoroughly investigate all relevant evidence. Only if supported by prima facie evidence, it would be open to the Commission to take steps to initiate proceedings against the alleged perpetrators, if there are any, without fear or favour. This would build trust in the government’s new anti-corruption architecture and be supported by all Territorians.

  2. CLP CM & Police Minister Finnochiaro also has evidence submitted against her by George Mamouzellous in Darwin Local Court Case COULTER V MAMOUZELLOUS.
where she allegedly used a personal gmail account to communicate with Barry COULTER who is trying to jail George Mamouzellous for seven years for using ‘hurty words’ in his satirical Facebook ‘Most Genius’ citizen journalist platform.

Why won’t NTG Judge Steven Ledek recuse himself from the case as a close friend of CM Finnochiaro and DWC GM Sam Burke, this is a conflict of interest? How can anyone receive justice in a this networked cabal.
