The Government could simply move to not renew his contract when it expires. All government executive positions were made contract roles many years ago. The idea was that their performance would be reviewed regularly and failure would allow them to quietly leave. It seems the worst performers just become political tools and stay as long as they please their masters, regardless of their performance. We have increases of public service numbers with the creation of fat cat commissioner positions that fail to achieve anything other than an increased deficit.
The government will have to replace him before the next election on the 24 August 2024 so thay can put in their hand picked female Commissioner before they loose the next election as even the CLP won’t want to replace the first female Commissioner that’s my thaughts anyway I think the clock is ticking Jamie
