Many jobs involve a “highly-charged environment”, there is absolutely no place for bullying or racism in any workplace or community, Territorians are looking for transparency and not seeing it in Labor or Country Liberal parties.
When will we see these political parties mature and lead by the RIGHT example.
With respect Peter – I’m not sure it comes down to definitions. The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination defines racial discrimination. Have a look mate. Rev Martin Luther King Junior is more eloquent and evocative – “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character. I presume there are NT laws, policies and procedures in place on anti-bullying and anti-racial discrimination. I’m certain Selina Uibo supports them. (Do they need to be reviewed?) Whether the current circumstances have been managed timely and professionally is a separate issue. It is important to remember that the subject matters are allegations. If the situation hasn’t moved beyond the point of no return good faith mediation is the preferred path. If not, the repercussions will be very consequential. Please accept my best wishes. Charlie
Ladies and gentlemen, Leadership is not a title; it is a duty of accountability. Any political leader seeking the trust of the public must be prepared to answer difficult questions openly, honestly and without evasion. Transparency is not optional—it is the foundation of public confidence. This obligation becomes even more critical when allegations of bullying arise. A leader who remains silent, deflects scrutiny, or shields misconduct sends a message that power matters more than people. True leadership demands the courage to confront such issues directly, ensure they are thoroughly investigated, and uphold a culture of respect, integrity and accountability for all. The ALPCLP historically fail to exercise this most basic expectation,!
If you don’t manage yourself someone else will do it for you. Maybe Work Health or Pistolero Pete down in the Integrity and Ethics Commission.

Define racism and of course please explain why most Australians are not allowed to complain.
