The Crap Graduates You Churn Out annually are embarrassing in the workplace.
What exactly are you teaching them?
It is a sin that University students can use the garbage units you call education to get exemptions from real Universities like Monash, Australian National University or the University of Sydney!

All previous Vice Chancellors have done this. It’s nothing new, jobs for mates and a lot of blow ins that turn the place upside down and then blow back out. But re this recruitment, head hunting is not unusual when you are looking for highly skilled people, that’s nothing new either. The question is …why create a ‘campus’ in London? That’s the crazy wasteful part. CDU has tried creating campuses outside NT and that have failed and been super costly. Poor decision making at the top has gone on for decades. CDU need to focus on being a niche educational facility catering for the Indigenous, Tropical and Desert knowledges and attract overseas students for this. VET needs huge improvements in delivery and in supporting skilled lecturers. That appears not to be the case in many courses.
