A 56-year-old man who allegedly raped a woman in a lane in the Darwin CBD on Tuesday afternoon before fleeing the scene has been arrested, NT Police said.
Police received a report that a woman had been sexually assaulted near Austin Lane around 4pm Tuesday and established a crime scene.
