Faaaaark me!!!!!The feds are getting a taste of Clown Town!!!!!!!!!!!!
The scale of financial abuse and graft by the ALC executive will difficult for the minister to process. The stupidity, or perhaps gullibility, of public servants in the the administration of indigenous royalties is difficult to appreciate. No-one in Australia should have to take financial advice from public servants, especially not indigenous people.
Can only agree with all you’ve written. The NIAA, the minister and the ORIC have all been incompetent, complacent and gullible to the point where their own processes, or probably more accurately their lack of following due process, should be part of the NACC’s investigation. If these allegations prove to be true in part or full heads should roll. But I won’t be holding my breath.
There seems to be no public organisation, union, council, NFP association, Charity, Public Service, Government etc that is not worthy of an audit. Not just in the NT. Noticed that this became the norm about 20 years ago. It was allowed to happen whilst scrutiny failed, and still fails, to exist.

Can only agree in spades.
