We wait with baited breath for the chief minister to inform us that a detainee at the newly opened youth detention centre apparently was able to climb the fence and escape!
I trust the chief minister will be reviewing the procurement guidelines process If the dunderheads at DIPL are going to exercise any bastardisation of the procurements rules by exercising “IT’S ALL IN THE WORDING!”
I trust the chief minister will be grilled by Labor on why there were flaws in the satisfactory completion of this new youth detention centre and procedurally seeks to hold contractual managers within DIPL ACCOUNTABLE! I think inability proceedings is a fair call!
It’s all about power block safety, and open disclosure, when the public purse is again accessed over another DIPL muck up!
