Deputy Opposition CLP Leader Gerard Maley used government resources to send a notorious convicted murderer a birthday card for a “very special birthday”, personally wishing him a “happy 58th”.
The card, which had a silhouette of a horse and someone fishing on the front with the words, “Happy Birthday to you” and fireworks, also had a large picture of Mr Maley’s face on the inside, with a stamp stating “100% Rural”.
Recently received a birthday card from Josh Burgoyne. No idea why. Never heard from him before. As pointless as this is, what would be even more pointless is Josh Burgoyne’s electorate staff spending their time trying to determine if I were a murderer before sending me the card.
Now that may be a super size cockup.
There must be a election! 40 year olds are getting Happy Bday cards from Politicians!!!!
